The KHMYZ Pendant Lamp L is a tribute to the raw power of nature and the poetry of craftsmanship. Sculpted like an ancient offering, it appears as if carved from stone or shaped in clay, hanging in the air like a relic from a forgotten landscape.
Its organic, generous form—both solid and weightless—captures light with a sense of depth and softness. The irregular texture of its surface tells a tactile story, as though each groove holds the memory of time and the touch of the maker.
A luminaire that stands at the intersection of design and ritual, where material and light converge in quiet harmony.
Victoria Yakusha is an architect, designer, and artist born in 1982 in Dnipro, Ukraine. She is the originator of the concept of "living design," a creative philosophy deeply rooted in the earth, nature, and Ukrainian cultural traditions.
In 2007, she graduated from the Prydniprovska State Academy of Architecture and furthered her studies in France at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA). That same year, she founded her own architecture studio.

The new series of light sculptures named Ambra combines volumes of ancient stones and aluminium. Centerpiece is the Mexican “Toba volcánica” stone that consists of minerals, glass and volcanic debris ejected one million years ago during severe eruptions. Fragments in the geometrical surfaces are testament to these explosions and movement.
The contrast between porous textures and smooth dark red underlines the studios contemporary approach on traditional materials and craft. The connecting components between the sculptural stone elements and the aluminium parts originate from an intensive research of linking unique handmade shapes with industrial parts.
