ARC is a collection that celebrates purity of line and precision of form. Stripped of all superfluity, it stands out for its visual softness and instinctive comfort.
Each chair is crafted from sustainable teak, chosen for its nobility and longevity. Its delicately curved backrest is created from three pieces of solid wood, patiently hand-carved to form a single, fluid, almost organic movement, like a curve traced by the wind.
The seat, full and assertive, tapers gracefully at its ends, lightening its silhouette without ever betraying its strength.
The overall effect, supported by meticulous finishing and enveloping comfort, embodies the perfect balance between rigorous craftsmanship and understated elegance.
With a keen eye shaped by his experience in furniture and interior design, David Jofra quickly identified a gap in the industry: the absence of sustainable design paired with true aesthetic quality. Guided by a clear and conscious vision, he founded Dareels in 2014, determined to chart a new path where ethics and elegance meet.
After a phase of hands-on experimentation — exploring materials, refining forms, and adjusting logistics — his brother Miquel Jofra joined the journey, bringing structure and overseeing the company’s financial and administrative growth.

The new series of light sculptures named Ambra combines volumes of ancient stones and aluminium. Centerpiece is the Mexican “Toba volcánica” stone that consists of minerals, glass and volcanic debris ejected one million years ago during severe eruptions. Fragments in the geometrical surfaces are testament to these explosions and movement.
The contrast between porous textures and smooth dark red underlines the studios contemporary approach on traditional materials and craft. The connecting components between the sculptural stone elements and the aluminium parts originate from an intensive research of linking unique handmade shapes with industrial parts.
