The "Roots of Home" collection evokes an ancient Ukrainian hut with its lampshade, representing a terraced roof of straw or shingles, covered using the "tyruvannia" technique.
"Tyr" is a petroleum product extracted from the Carpathian Mountains, rich in paraffin. This treatment gives the wooden roof panels a black color.
The "Roots of Home" collection is available in three sizes: a table lamp, a medium-sized lamp, and a floor lamp. The top of the lamp is composed of a metal frame, hand-woven canvas, and dyed rye straw. The base, shaped like a truncated cone, is inlaid with rye straw dyed using the marquetry technique.

Each product, although functional, presents itself as a work of art that touches the soul and incites reflection and reinterpretation of cultural heritage. The new series of light sculptures named Ambra combines volumes of ancient stones and aluminium. Centerpiece is the Mexican “Toba volcánica” stone that consists of minerals, glass and volcanic debris ejected one million years ago during severe eruptions. Fragments in the geometrical surfaces are testament to these explosions and movement.
The contrast between porous textures and smooth dark red underlines the studios contemporary approach on traditional materials and craft. The connecting components between the sculptural stone elements and the aluminium parts originate from an intensive research of linking unique handmade shapes with industrial parts.
